Epic Adventures Lobuche Peak Trek & Climb, an adventure to scenic Khumbu valley in the close shade of Mt. Everest. Leads you to an adventurous and exciting climb in one of the challenging trekking peaks around Nepal Himalaya.
 
The climb takes you on top of Lobuche East Peak at 6,119 m / 20,192 feet, close to Lobuche West peak. A great daring feat to reach the summit of Lobuche East Peak, located around the hidden corners west of Everest. 
 
Lobuche East Peak, although a tough and demanding peak to climb, slowly getting popular among hardy adventurers and mountaineers. A perfect peak for climbers to practice climb before aiming for other major mountaineering expeditions. 
 
Lobuche East Peak climbing grade is ‘TD’ (Technical Difficule) the grading from French / Swiss Alpine Climbing Classification. The climb requires the best proper equipment to tackle technical difficulties from the start to the end of the climbing.
Leads to vertical climb on rocks, icy ledges. The steep stone terraces and snowy slopes above the base camp are tough with a 45-degree snow wall climb. 
 Before reaching the summit ridge is challenging, however, it is an exciting adventure to the summit.
 
Lobuche Peak Trek & Climb begins with a short scenic flight from Kathmandu to land at Lukla small airport. Lukla is a famous Sherpa town and the door to various adventures around the Khumbu region, where most treks start and end.
 
The walk leads to nice farm villages following the Dudh Kosi River to Sagarmatha National Park, listed in World Heritage Sites. From here onward into the lovely coniferous forest and then a few hour climb to famous Namche Bazaar.
 
Namche is the Sherpa capital, where travelers and locals can enjoy various facilities, that Namche Bazaar offers. Spending an extra day for acclimatization as well as taking a short hike to its scenic viewpoints. From Namche Bazaar onwards to higher country following on the main trail facing excellent views of snow peaks.
 
The climb leads to Tengboche, a beautiful place with a famed monastery, located amidst a lovely forest surrounded by an array of snow peaks. The adventure continues after enjoying a pleasant overnight and visit of the colorful monastery interior of great cultural and religious interest.
 
From Tengboche onwards into higher windswept terrain, where tree lines fade for short bushes, as the walk continues to Dingboche. Situated on a scenic Imjatse valley with grand views of Island Peak with Ama Dablam North Face.
After Dingboche walk leads on a high trail to the small settlement at Lobuche, close to Lobuche East and West Peaks. Walk then heads towards our first destination reaching at Everest base camp, facing super views of surrounding high peaks.
 
At Everest base camp enjoy the marvelous dramatic scenery of giant mountains with massive Khumbu Ice-Fall and glaciers. After a visit to the Everest base camp, the adventure leads to Kalapathar, a high rocky hilltop close to Mt. Pumori.
Kalapathar top offers a sweeping panorama of the mountain range with close views of Mt. Everest at a mere distance. On completing our first highlights, then towards our main major target of the adventure for the Lobuche Peak climb.
 
The walk leads to a hidden corner away from the main trail, at the base camp of Lobuche Peak. Setting our camp with enough time for preparation as well for practice exercise and checking the route of a climb. Adding an extra High Camp, then getting ready for the final ascent to the summit of Lobuche Peak.
 
Our guide will lead and support with fixed ropes and making ledges then reaching on top Lobuche Peak summit. On top enjoy a spectacular panorama of the giant mountain range with four world’s four highest peaks. Includes Mt. Everest, Lhotse, and Makalu with Mt. Cho-Oyu towards North West, and then a safe descent to base camp.
 
After completing all our highlights, a long descend on a scenic trail to Namche Bazaar and then head towards Lukla. At Lukla for the last overnight stop around high Khumbu, Everest region, next morning a panoramic flight brings you to Kathmandu. Best seasons for Lobuche Peak Trek & Climb:
Lobuche Peak Trek & Climb, the best time is in spring from March to May and autumn to pre-winter from mid-September to November till pre-December month. 

Springtime from March to May is one of the most favorable seasons, most days are fine and clear for views and pleasant walks. The afternoon can get cloudy with chances of rain sometimes, and snow above 3,000 m high. Morning and late afternoon till night time can be cold on higher areas but days with longer sun-light hours. 

The next best time in autumn and pre-winter is from mid-September to early December, where days are crystal clear for views and walks. Days are much shorter with sun-light hours, can be freezing cold in the morning, late afternoon, and nighttime around the higher area from above 2, 800 m, can expect snow sometimes.

After a short refreshing rest in your room then join with other group members for Lobuche trek and climb briefing. Morning transfer to Kathmandu domestic airport for short scenic flight to Lukla, a smaller model aircraft (Twin Otter or Dornier) enjoy 30 minutes flight overlooking Himalayan peaks including Mt. Everest.

On landing at Lukla small airstrip named Tenzing - Hillary airport, from Lukla few hour walks downhill past Sherpa farm villages with views of Kwangde and Kusum Khanguru peaks. You will pass the Chortens in Machhermo and climb uphill alongside the Dudh Koshi Gorge to reach the base of Ngozumpa Glacier, the largest glacier in Nepal Himalayas. Today you trek for long duration through tough blowing wind and snow.
