Your adventure trek to the Gokyo valley and Renjo la pass trek begins with a thrilling flight fromKathmandu to Lukla (the world's most dangerous airport). After landing, we will hike toPhakding for an overnight stay.
On your second day, we will hike to Namche Bazaar, passing through many scary bridges like Hillary Bridge(A famous bridge in the Khumbu region), rocky paths, green jungles, rivers, and mountain views, and stay overnight. The next day, as acclimatization, we will go for a short scenic hike above Namche Bazaar and visit the Guinness World record holder 5 star Hotel Everest View(3880m).
Continuously trek to Dole(4038m) for around 6 hours of hiking, crossing through many villages like Khumjung, Sansa, Kyangjuma, and Mongla. Trek to Machhermo via Luza village. It takes around 4 – 5 hours of uphill and straight walking. You can observe blooming small flowers, surrounded by peaks and junipers and the first stunning view of Cho Oyu (the 6th highest mountain in the world).
On your 8th day, trek from Machhermo to Gokyo lakeside, which takes 4 to 5 hours of walking. You can continuously observe the three Gokyo lakes, first, second, and third lakes, with an emerald colour. The next day, hike to the trek's highest point (Gokyo Ri 5357m) for two and a half hours. Observe outstanding views of mountains, lakes with glaciers and return to the hotel.
The next day was the longest and most memorable day for crossing the Renjo La pass. It takes around 7 hours of hiking, starting with an uphill walk on the rocky, slippery paths. Enjoy the views of 360. Mountains with lakes, taking memorable photos and videos and starting descent from the back side of Renjo La pass towards Lungden.
On your next day, trek to Thame, Manjo, and Lukla. Gather with all the team members, including porters, and enjoy our last night. It's time to say thanks to our supporters for completing the trek.

After breakfast, we will drive to the World Heritage sites of Kathmandu, which are of great interest to you. Our city tour guide will take you to World Heritage Sites like Swayambhunath Stupa, Kathmandu Durbar Square, Pashupatinath Temple, Bouddhanath Stupa, and Changunarayan Temple.
After a wonderful sightseeing tour, we will return to the hotel to prepare for the trek.



After breakfast, we will drive to Tribhuvan International Airport for a thrilling flight to Lukla. The flight from Kathmandu to Lukla takes only 35 minutes. Then, I had lunch at Lukla, which has stunning views of the Himalayas.
After a beautiful break, we will start hiking. After 10 minutes, we will reach the entry point of the municipality, where we take a TMS card and register, and again start a three to four-hour hike to Phakding pass through many scary swinging bridges. You can observe prayer flags, yaks, porters, stupas, and tea houses on the trail and overnight stay at Phakding.



Today will be long; the trail takes 6 to 7 hours to reach Namche Bazaar. The walk starts on a gradual path, following the river upstream, crossing scary bridges, then entering the gateway of Sagarmatha National Park at Monjo, where we will check out our final documents for official entry into the national park.
After checking out, walk for one hour to reach Hillary Bridge (a famous bridge on social media). Cross the bridge and hike uphill to Namche Bazaar, passing through the Forest. We can see the first view of Mount Everest, Kusum Kanguru, and Thamserku from the forest.
Namche Bazaar is one of the biggest villages in the Khumbu region, with well-stocked stores and shops and many good restaurants, cafés, banks, and ATM facilities.



Today, A rest day at Namche Bazaar is a perfect height for acclimatization at 3,440 m high, and it is important to spend extra nights at this altitude before heading to higher areas.
We will take a short scenic hike above Namche and visit the Guinness World record holder 5 star Hotel Everest View (3880m).
The hotel offers the best tea, coffee, and food with the best view of Everest, Ama Dablam, Nuptse, Lhotse, Taboche, along with the statue of Tenzing Norgay Sherpa.
For the rest of the day, relax and stroll on the streets of Namche, an interesting place to browse around, especially on Saturday Market, which is held once a week.



After a wonderful night at Namche Bazaar, take breakfast in the morning, then start hiking to Dole (4038m). It takes around 6 hours to hike through villages like Khumjung, Sansa, Kyangjuma, and Mongla. Take a short rest at Mongla and hike downhill to Phortse Tenga, a small place with a few simple lodges, for a lunch stop at the Dudh Kosi river gorge.
Having lunch, then afternoon walks uphill to the Dole National Park check post. After checking, we will hike to Dole. On the trail, you can observe blooming small blue flowers in many mountains like Thamserku (6623m), Sure peak, Machhermo, Horse Shadle, Khangtari, Amadaplam, etc. Overnight stay at Dole, a small, hidden spot with a few nice, lovely lodges.



Adventure starts with short steep climb in the morning on leaving Dole, then on nice pleasant trail to Luza village, located on a wide field, as walk continues to reach above Machhermo facing grand views of Mt. Cho-Oyu towards north. From the top downhill to Machhermo, a lovely place and a settlement with fine good lodges for overnight. After lunch enjoy rest or take a short hike up the hill for best views of surrounding peaks.



After breakfast in the morning, we will hike from Machhermo to the Gokyo lakeside. It takes 4 to 5 hours to walk. We will start an uphill hike today to reach Gokyo Valley. After 20 minutes of hiking, you can reach the viewpoint.
From the viewpoint, you can see the village called Phangga, Chadoten peak, Cho Oyu, Horse shadle, Ama Dablam and many other peaks. After a straight walk, start an uphill walk while you can observe the first lake of Gokyo in the beginning. Continuously, the second and third lakes of Gokyo have an emerald colour, where you get a chance to see a pair of Ruddy Shelduck known as "Love birds", in Nepali we call them 'Chakhewa'. After reaching the Gokyo valley, we will have lunch, hike around Gokyo (at our own interest), and stay overnight with the twinkling views of Gokyo lakes.



Early this morning, we will hike towards Gokyo Ri (5357m). It's the highest point of our journey. After two and a half hours of uphill walking, we reach the top of Gokyo Ri to enjoy outstanding views of mountains, lakes, and glaciers.
From the top of the Gokyo Ri, you can observe the close-up views of Mount Everest (8848.86m), Cho Oyu (8188m), Makalu (8485m), Lhotse (8516m), Nuptse, Changtse, Hungchi, Pumori, and Ngozumpa glacier with three Gokyo lakes. After a beautiful moment at Gokyo Ri, we will return to the hotel, take a refreshing rest, and prepare for the pass the next morning.



Today is the longest and memorable day of our trek with the Renjo La pass (5360m). After breakfast, we will start our uphill hike towards Renjo La pass. You can observe a group of Siberian ducks and Tibetan snowcocks on the side of the lakes.
After an hour of walking, we will start uphill on the rocky, slippery paths. After 2 hours of uphill walking, we reach to the pass where we take a rest and enjoy the views of 360. Mountains with lakes, taking memorable photos and videos and starting descent from the back side of Renjo La pass towards Lungden. It's a downhill hike of 3- 4 hours, with a packet lunch on the descent journey and continuous hiking until reaching Lungden with breaks.



After breakfast, we will descend to Thame from Lungden via passing through villages like Dinjung and Thumla Kharka. You can experience the rocky paths with small grasses and suspension bridges alongside the river on the way.
After 5 – 6 hours of hiking, we will reach Thame for lunch and an overnight stay. Here, you can explore the Thame gumba, the Power house of electricity, chortens, traditional Sherpa cultures and landslide areas.



After breakfast, we will start our hike towards Monjo from Thame via crossing through the main hub of the Khumbu region (Namche Bazaar). It takes above 6 hours of walking, during the journey you can observe monasteries, chortens, Himalayan thar, prayer flags, Himalayan Monal and different villages like Thamo, Phurte, Namche Bazaar and Jorsalle.



After breakfast at Manjo, we will return to Lukla using the same route we used. Today is a short hike; it takes only four hours to reach Lukla, passing through Phakding villages, scary suspension bridges, and the happiness of successfully trekking.
Today we will gather with all the team members, including porters, and enjoy our last night in the Khumbu region. It's time to say thanks to our supporters for completing our trek, and time to show appreciation and love.



After breakfast, we will take a morning flight from Lukla to Kathmandu. It takes 35 minutes. After landing at Tribhuvan International airport, a short drive to the hotel, and take a refreshing rest while enjoying the city's comforts. After hours of Rest, we will have a celebrational dinner, then an overnight stay at the hotel.



At the end of our trek, after a wonderful breakfast at the hotel, our guide and staff will take you to Tribhuvan International Airport for your final departure, with emotions and keeping our beautiful moments.

The Gokyo Valley & Renjo-La Pass Trek exceeded all my expectations! The turquoise Gokyo Lakes were some of the most stunning natural wonders I’ve ever seen, and the view from Gokyo Ri was absolutely breathtaking. The trek was challenging, especially crossing the Renjo-La Pass, but it was incredibly rewarding. Seeing Everest, Lhotse, and Makalu from the top of the pass was unforgettable. Our guide was outstanding, keeping us motivated and ensuring our safety at all times. This trek is perfect for adventurers who want to experience the quieter side of the Everest region with equally awe-inspiring views.
This trek was a magical experience from start to finish. Trekking through Gokyo Valley and reaching the stunning glacial lakes felt like stepping into another world. Gokyo Ri offered the best panoramic view of Everest, Cho Oyu, and the surrounding peaks—it’s a sight I’ll never forget.
